Businesses accepted to the Centre can come
from a diverse range of enterprises including:
- Business and professional services
- Light assembly or manufactuing
- Warehouse/distribution
- Horticulture
Darebin Enterprise Centre Ltd is an
equal opportunity provider and eligibility is not restricted
because of race, religion or gender.
Licensees are considered on a case by case
basis by the Manager and Board of Directors.

RESTRICTIONS
The facilities and services
of the Centre are primarily for start-up and growing business that
will complement existing enterprises within the Incubator.
It is unlikely that the following would be eligible for entry to
the Centre:
- Businesses with substantially limited growth potential
- Businesses operated as a hobby
- Businesses generating large traffic
